“I am pleased that an experienced professional with such strong ties to the Worcester community has joined our team in this new capacity,” said Michael DiPierro, Managing Officer of the Fallon Clinic Foundation. “With more than a decade of experience fundraising for organizations in Central Massachusetts, Kelsa brings exactly the type of leadership we need to strengthen the Foundation’s commitment to community service and charitable works.”

Zereski most recently was an independent development consultant in central Massachusetts, working with non-profit organizations to provide leadership during transitional periods. Prior to this role, Zereski served as a senior major gifts officer at UMass Memorial Foundation, where she managed a portfolio of major gift prospects at both the medical school and hospital, and assisted her team in completing a $40M capital campaign.  In addition, Zereski has held director-level fundraising positions at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Children’s Friend, Inc., both located in Worcester.

“Being involved with Worcester-area fundraising non-profits for the majority of my career, I have always been impressed with Fallon Clinic’s ability to touch so many members of the community through its exceptional medical services and valuable community service programs,” Zereski said. “I am honored to direct Fallon Clinic Foundation as it refines its focus of giving and cultivates new supporters to aid in the process of bettering both our community and personal wellness.”

Zereski received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Assumption College in Worcester. She is a Trustee of the Nativity School of Worcester and of Seven Hills Foundation. She also currently serves as a corporator of the American Red Cross of Central Massachusetts, EcoTarium and Children’s Friend.  Zereski resides in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
